This place was great! The rooms were very clean, and the people were very pleasant & accommodating. We loved the bar/restaurant that was attached to the hotel! So convenient after having a few beers! And the food was excellent. We would absolutely stay there again.
We hosted our company holiday party here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The event space was perfect, the food was excellent, and the service was truly great. Heather was my planning point of contact and answered all my questions in a timely mannor. The day of the event she made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel rooms were stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is also ideal and easy for guests to access. We would absolutely recommend this venue for both events and overnight stays.
Extremely nice hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff are very helpful and the continental breakfast is excellent. I still need to eat at the restaurant. Definitely next time.
This hotel is hands down amazing. The rooms are spotless,it is super modern feeling and hotel staff were perfectly professional. The view was beautiful and you can walk down by the river which is great for relaxing. Breakfast was incredible. The eggs were real eggs and the locally roasted coffee and fresh pastries were so delicious. They also had some herbal tea called Passion that was very relaxing after a long work day. The hotel is nice and quiet and the doors close out hallway sound perfectly. Parking is spacious with a huge gravel truck parking lot in the back if you have a bigger vehicle or a trailer. Overall I think this hotel deserves every bit of 5 stars. I had a very pleasant stay. PS I don't recommend eating at the Backwater. Drinks are watery and food was downright terrible. I'll leave more on that in a separate review.
Had an absolutely great NYE stay! Staff was fantastic, and facility was great. They went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The employees were all so friendly and helpful and the rooms and hotel was clean and beautiful. We had our daughters wedding here and it turned out perfect! The event planner was wonderful!! Very reasonably priced and they took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy the day! We loved that the hotel had a beautiful relaxing bar & restaurant right on site with very good food and refreshments. We will definitely stay her again!
This hotel was absolutely wonderful in every way! You can tell somebody has taken the time for little details everywhere you look! Everything was spotless clean and shiny! The beds were delightful beautiful to the eye and extremely comfortable to sleep on! And I especially loved the flooring with no carpet in the rooms! I called and spoke with Jane, before staying to see if they could hold something in a freezer overnight for me which they graciously did! They were very helpful upon setting up my room and also upon arrival. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating in every way! And then I'm at the owner She was wonderful as well! This hotel was extremely affordable for all the amenities and accommodations given. Overall a 10 out of 10! This is such a charming, beautiful place to stay!
Our son and hew daughter-in-law were married this past weekend at the Waterfront Hotel. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for their marriage. From the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner to the wedding ceremony and reception — everything was so amazing. Jill and Brittany are fabulous to work with — they made sure everything was exactly as the couple wanted and dreamed of. The food at the reception was exceptional and all made right at the hotel. To say we were satisfied is a complete understatement. Our heartfelt appreciation to everyone at the Waterfront who made this day so special for our children!
The room was very clean and spacious. The front end personnel were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a solid continental offering and the serving area was well stocked and maintained.
Jane greeted us warmly and found a nice river view room for us despite not having a reservation. She offered us a kind gift as were celebrating a milestone birthday! The king suite room was beautiful! Wish I could decorate so well. Spotless and had every amenity we needed! Beautiful lobby for a nice continental breakfast in morning. Great coffee. Couldn't have been happier will stay again when we travel this direction. Restaurant attached has excellent staff and great food/drink options.
